The jobs were to re-waterproof the roof of a summerhouse and replace some decking and a balustrade in front of it. The roof was leaking, the balustrade was rotting away and the decking had moss growing on it. The final results now look very smart. Water is no longer seeping through the roof, the decking is smooth and new and the balustrade is now safe to lean on. Alan worked efficiently and professionally on both jobs each of which took only one day after the materials had been delivered. The quality is excellent and the costs were very reasonable.

Alan did a fantastic job, fitting 6 new solid wood doors, handles, hinges, repairing 2 walls and plastering, floor boards plus several other smaller jobs around the home which Alan attended to. Alan is a true professional when doing any job and explains throughout what he is doing. Extremely punctual and exceptionally clean after completing each job. I would trust Alan to do any job for me knowing he will go above and beyond to get it perfect. I will certainly be contacting Alan again for any work I need doing and recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you Alan so much, you are a brilliant joiner!

Alan did an excellent job restoring some Edwardian era doors by changing the door knobs, applying new architraves, filling and sanding, ready for painting. Alan was a pleasure to deal with throughout and I would thoroughly recommend him as a professional joiner.

Alan was fantastic. We are both so happy with the work completed; everything looks perfect just what we wanted. Very respectful in our home when it came to cleaning/tidying up after himself and his workmanship is 100% even doing additional odd jobs that have been waiting to be done with no quibble. I would not hesitate to recommend Alan to anyone and we will certainly be using Alan in the future for all joinery work.
